Memberships are inclusive of both the Olean, Bradford and Wellsville YMCA Branches.
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
At the Olean Family YMCA, no one is ever denied membership or access to programs due only to the inability to pay. The Y maintains a generous scholarship program for those in need of financial assistance. Applications are available at the Front Desk and must be completed entirely. Interviews are scheduled and conducted confidentially.

MEMBERSHIP PAYMENT POLICY
- Full Annual Dues --payment by cash, check, money order or credit card (MasterCard or VISA).
- Bank Draft --a system of automatic monthly payments. The first month's payment must be made upon enrollment. Subsequent payments are drafted from your checking account on either the first or fifteenth of the month. Membership is continuous.
MEMBERSHIP LENGTH
All memberships at the Olean Family YMCA are based on an annual and continuous basis. Bank draft memberships are continuous until written notice is given to the Y 30 days prior to termination. Those who make full payment at the time of joining will receive a renewal reminder one month preceding expiration of an existing membership plan.
MEMBERSHIP REFUND/CREDIT POLICY
Y memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Members who are on the bank draft payment program need to notify the Y as soon as they learn of their impending move. A written notice must be given 30 days prior to membership termination.
MEMBERSHIP CARD PROCEDURE
All members receive a new membership card when joining the Y and are required to bring it each time they use the facility. These ID cards also double as access cards to enter into the facility. Replacement cards are $3.00.
GUEST POLICY/FEES
Members are encouraged to introduce the Y to others. Each member may bring a maximum of two guests per visit, free of charge. Each guest must sign in at the front desk and is permitted three visits per year. After three visits, the guest will be invited to join the Y. All guests must provide a photo ID.
GUEST DAY PASS
Visitors may purchase a guest day pass which entitles them to use all of the Y's facilities throughout the day. Youth: $5, Adult: $10, Family: $15. Please call ahead at 716-373-2400 for schedule. All guests must provide a photo ID.
YOUTH POLICY
Youth in 5th grade and under must have a parent with them in the building after 5:00 PM on Monday-Friday and all day on Saturday/Sunday, unless enrolled in a program.
