ADULT SPORTS AT THE Y

RACQUETBALL

  • The Y has one racquetball court located in the back of the building.
  • Reservations can be made at the Front Desk 48 hours in advance.
  • Only one (1) hour can be reserved by a pair on any given day. If there is no reservation following your reserved time when you arrive, you may reserve an additional hour at that time.
  • Only adult members can reserve a court. High school students may use the court only when there are no adult reservations. Absolutely no one under 9th grade is permitted without a parent or adult.
  • Equipment may be checked out at the Front Desk for daily use.
  • A security camera is located in the hallway to monitor usage and ensure safety.
  • Proper footwear and eyewear are required. No hiking boots or boots of any kind allowed in the racquetball court.

WALKING/RUNNING TRACK

  • The track is located above the gymnasium and entry is on the 2nd floor of the facility.
  • Members must be in 9th grade or above to utilize the track at will. Younger members (grades 5-8) may use the track when accompanied by a parent.
  • Sneakers must be worn on the track at all times.
  • Runners use the outside lane. Walkers use the inside lanes.
  • Running and walking direction rotates on a daily basis. All participants are required to run/walk in the direction designated.
  • During JCC home basketball games and other published events, the track will be closed.
  • Family Time on the Track—every Friday from 6:00-8:00 PM.

MORNING BASKETBALL

Y members only
This is a member benefit program. Teams are created as participants arrive.
T/Th 6:00 - 7:00 AM

NOONTIME BASKETBALL

Y adult members only
This is an adult member benefit. Teams are created as participants arrive.
M/W/F 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM

ADULT CO-ED INDOOR SOCCER LEAGUE

This popular league is held on Sundays and is open to adults. 10 team maximum in league. Call the Sports Director at 373-2400 x215 for more information. Each team will play each other once and conclude with a double elimination tournament. Team spots may fill up before registration deadline.

ADULT CO-ED RECREATION VOLLEYBALL LEAGUE

This popular league is open to adults. 12 team maximum in league and 10 players per roster. Call the Sports Director at 373-2400 x215 for more information. Team spots may fill up before registration deadline.
